Martin Greenwood, Director, Socitm Insight Programme (Co-Chair) Martin manages the Socitm Insight programme run by Socitm. Socitm Insight is a subscription service to which around 530 local authorities and other public sector organisations now subscribe. It identifies and promotes good ICT management practice through producing a series of comprehensive and detailed guides on all the major ICT themes linked to the critical issues of the day.

Before helping Socitm set up this service in 1992, Martin's early career involved periods in two local authorities plus one spell in the private sector, before taking on a number of ICT management positions at Warwickshire County Council
