Sheenagh Reynolds, Home and Community Franchise Manager, Department for Communities and Local Government

Sheenagh Reynolds is an experienced website manager who has worked at Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council. She was seconded to the former Office of the Deputy Prime Minster to provide a local government perspective to the Home and Community Franchise of Directgov. She is now Home and Community Franchise Manager based in the Department for Communities and Local Government. Sheenagh has also been a member of the Socitm Better connected team for six years.
